Bobby Garvin was born in Walterboro, SC in 1959. In 1966 because of the influence of Godly parents, he gave his heart to Christ. At age 18, Bobby felt the call of God to preach. Two years after graduating from Goose Creek High School, Bobby moved to Springfield, MO to attend Baptist Bible College. It was there where he met Nancy Hibbard, and after nine months of dating they were married in August of 1981. Bobby and Nancy have two children, John and Kristan.
